Return to Colonel Moore and report that President Kimball has safely left.
1 of 2: Use the quest arrow to track Moore down so you can tell her that the president is safe.
2 of 2: NOTE: If you're not ready to start the endgame quest, you can say so when the game brings up a prompt window. Do that if you need to get your equipment in order. For instance, besides your most powerful armor and weapon(s), you'll want to take lots of mines, a scoped weapon for sniping, and at least one stealth boy. Also, you might want to do the "For Auld Lang Syne" follower quest to get help from the Remnants at the dam. When you're ready, talk to Colonel Moore again.
