Meet with Caesar for a private conversation.
1 of 2: Follow Caesar into the tent's back room, then talk to him about his medical condition.
2 of 2: Which objectives you get for the "Et Tumor, Brute?" quest will depend on what you say to Caesar. If your Medicine skill is 75+ or your Speech skill is 65+, you can pass their checks to get two extra objectives that'll let you skip the search for a functional diagnostic scanning module. Otherwise, you'll have to go for the module.
