Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Perform brain surgery on Caesar to remove the tumor which is killing him.
1 of 4: Return to Caesar's tent to learn that he's slipped into a coma.
2 of 4: Go into the tent's back room to find Caesar lying on his bed. Activate him to get your surgery options.
3 of 4: If you choose to let him die on purpose, or if your Medicine skill is less than 75, Caesar will die and Lucius will get mad. You'll have to pass a Speech 50 or Medicine 50 check to avoid the Legion turning hostile.
4 of 4: If your Medicine skill is 75+ and you don't make Caesar die on purpose (or if your Luck attribute is 9+ and you choose to trust to luck), he'll survive the operation and reward you.
