Preparation Tips
1 of 3: If your Explosives skill is 50+, one of your best assassination options will require a C-4 plastic explosive and a detonator. Make sure you have at least one of each before talking to Cato.
2 of 3: If your Science, Explosives, and Repair skills are all under 50, you'll need to have skill magazines you can use to boost them up to 50.
3 of 3: If those skills are hopelessly low and magazines can't help you, you'll need a stealth boy plus either a long-range scoped weapon (like a sniper rifle) or the C-4 and detonator mentioned above plus several mines.
