Return to Caesar to be recognized for your service.
1 of 2: Return to the Fort (after removing your NCR armor) and tell Caesar it would be an honor to fight for the Legion.
2 of 2: NOTE: If you're not ready to start the endgame quest yet, you can say so when the game brings up a prompt window. Do that if you need to get your equipment in order. For instance, besides your most powerful armor and weapon(s), you'll want to take lots of mines, a scoped weapon for sniping, and a stealth boy. Be sure you have all of that, then talk to Caesar again.
