Find out from Manny Vargas where the Khans were headed.
1 of 5: Go through the fence gate that's near the Dino Dee-lite Front Desk's door, then look near the big dinosaur's tail for some steps that lead up to a door in its side.
2 of 5: In the gift shop, go up the stairs and through another door to reach the dinosaur's mouth, which is where Manny Vargas is during the day. (If it's nighttime, wait for him to come on-shift, or find him in his motel room.)
3 of 5: When you talk to Manny about the man in the checkered coat, he'll try to get you to do him a big favor first.
4 of 5: You could agree and do the "Come Fly With Me" Novac faction quest, but there's a *much* quicker and easier way to get his info.
5 of 5: Use the computer terminal in his motel room. It's not even locked, and using it won't give you any bad karma.
