Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Intercept the Great Khans at Boulder City.
1 of 4: Go north along the road from Novac until you reach the El Dorado Gas & Service station, then cut NE across the hilly terrain to reach Boulder City. (Watch out for radscorpions near the city.)
2 of 4: Go around to the north end of the city's main rubble-walled section to find Lieutenant Monroe on guard next to the only entrance.
3 of 4: Talk to him to get the "Boulder City Showdown" NCR/Great Khans faction quest.
4 of 4: After you finish it, you'll need to get the Chairmen Job Offer letter from Jessup's body to finish this quest if you fought the Khans. If you negotiated instead, this quest will already be over.
