Ask Doctor Henry to come to the Remnants reunion.
1 of 3: Go to Jacobstown (location 1 on the Zone 1 Map) and find Doctor Henry in the lodge's NE ground-floor room.
2 of 3: When you tell him about Arcade's Enclave reunion, he'll say that he can't go yet if you haven't already finished the "Guess Who I Saw Today" follower quest.
3 of 3: Do that quest and get Arcade back as a follower, then tell Doctor Henry about the Enclave reunion again to get him to go. After that, Arcade will talk to you briefly.
