Fallout: New Vegas Hints
(Optional) Search for an exceptional canine brain among Caesar's Legion.
1 of 6: Before you can explore this brain-getting option, you'll need to do enough Main Quests to get the "Render Unto Caesar" quest.
2 of 6: Work on it until you get to the Fort, then look for a guy named Antony a bit south of the entrance to Caesar's tent.
3 of 6: Use the "nice dog" dialogue option when talking to him, then say that you could use Lupa's brain to fix your cyber-dog.
4 of 6: He'll let you take Lupa's brain after you fight her in the nearby arena while wearing no armor and using only a machete.
5 of 6: Quicksave before trying that, then keep retrying until you manage to beat Lupa.
6 of 6: Once you do, loot Lupa's body to get the brain you need. If you can't ever beat Lupa, go try one of the other brain-getting options. (Note that an added bonus of beating Lupa is that you gain some Caesar's Legion fame.)
