Fallout: New Vegas Hints
(Optional) Acquire the Gun Runners' secret manufacturing specifications ....
1 of 5: NOTE: If you don't want to do this objective, tell McLafferty so in order to get it removed. If you've already finished all of the other objectives, the quest will then complete.
2 of 5: Go to the nearby Gun Runners store and find the locked gate that's near the vendortron's kiosk.
3 of 5: You'll need a Lockpick skill of 50+ to open the gate, and then you'll need to sneak over to the door to the Gun Runner Headquarters building without being seen by Isaac or any of the guards. If any of them spot you, they'll all turn hostile. Even if you can handle the fight, you'll get less of a reward later on.
4 of 5: Inside the building, you'll need to sneak into the northern room and access the Gun Runner Terminal that's on one of the tables over to the right. The gunsmiths in the room will turn hostile if they see you, and you'll probably have to use a Stealth Boy to avoid that.
5 of 5: When you reach the terminal, use it to download the manufacturing specifications.
