Clear the roads for Jackson in Mojave Outpost HQ to allow Cass freedom to ....

1 of 3: Enter the outpost's headquarters building and find Ranger Jackson in the northern hallway.
2 of 3: If you do the "(Optional) "Remove" Jackson as an obstacle without Cass or anyone the wiser" objective, you can return to Cass and tell her you took care of Jackson.
3 of 3: Otherwise, talk to Jackson and do his "Can You Find It in Your Heart?" NCR faction quest, then return to Cass and tell her you helped Jackson out.
