Return to the King and inform him of the NCR supply drops.

  • 1 of 2: You could go back to the King's school and inform him of the NCR food distribution you witnessed, but there's a better way.
  • 2 of 2: Do the two optional objectives about talking to Julie Farkas and Major Elizabeth Kieran. That'll get you the "(Optional) Inform the King that the NCR previously sent an envoy ..." objective, which allows you to avoid gaining infamy with the NCR.
