Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Talk to Mr. House at the Lucky 38.
1 of 5: Go up the steps to the Lucky 38 Casino's entrance and talk to Victor to get the front gates open.
2 of 5: Use one of the doors past them to enter the casino, then go straight ahead to reach the elevator.
3 of 5: Talk to Victor and choose to go up to the penthouse.
4 of 5: Go through the doorway on the left and down the stairs to reach Mr. House's room.
5 of 5: Move up to the huge screen and use it to talk to Mr. House. (Note that if you do this before getting the platinum chip, you can get him to offer you 1000 caps for it, or 1250 with a Barter 50 check.)
