Assassinate Benny.
1 of 5: Take the elevator that leads to the 13th floor, then turn right and go down the hall until you find the double doors to Benny's suite on your left.
2 of 5: Open them with the key Swank gave you if you didn't earlier, then go in and talk to Benny.
3 of 5: Agree to meet him in the Presidential Suite to get the "Go to the Presidential Suite" objective, which you can switch to now if you want (though that's not the best way to go).
4 of 5: If you'd rather stick with this objective, close the suite's entry doors after the conversation is over.
5 of 5: Go into Sneak mode behind Benny and hit him with your most powerful weapon to start things off. If that doesn't kill him, quickly use V.A.T.S. to finish him off.
