Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Travel to Cottonwood Cove and take the barge up the river to the Fort.
1 of 4: Cottonwood Cove (location 33 on the Zone 4 Map) is way down near the SE corner of the world map. If you haven't explored that region already, Novac is probably the closest spot you can fast-travel to. Do so, then follow the roads down to the cove.
2 of 4: As you approach it, a Legion soldier will stop you and ask what you're doing there. When he does, choose to show him the Mark of Caesar that you were given. (Or use the Speech check if you can pass it to get some bonus XP.)
3 of 4: Go east through the cove area to find the wharf. Run along its narrow walkway to reach Cursor Lucullus.
4 of 4: Talk to him and say you're ready to travel, and he'll take you to the Fort.
