Bring 3 Sugar Bombs to Chris Haversam.
1 of 3: One nearby place you can find sugar bombs is in Cliff Briscoe's store inventory in the dinosaur gift shop back in Novac.
2 of 3: You can also find sugar bombs on the kitchen counter in Jeannie May Crawford's house, on a small round table in the northern-most upstairs motel room, and next to the TV in the southern-most upstairs motel room. (See the "How can I get a home of my own in this game?" hints to learn how to gain access to that last room.)
3 of 3: If you give Haversam three boxes of sugar bombs after getting him the other two things he needs, the rockets will blow up right after they launch. This doesn't get you any extra rewards at all, not even negative karma, so it's not worth bothering with.
