Use the Platinum Chip to open the secret bunker at Fortification Hill.
1 of 4: NOTE: You'll get the "The Moon Comes Over the Tower" Followers of the Apocalypse faction quest as you exit the Lucky 38, but it's completely optional.
2 of 4: Start working on the "Render Unto Caesar" quest, which sends you to the same place this quest does.
3 of 4: After you use the platinum chip to open some hatch doors, you'll get the "Enter the secret bunker" objective.
