Fallout: New Vegas Hints
(Optional) Upgrade the Securitron army, to use later for your own purposes.
1 of 3: Upgrading the securitron army is the best choice if you're wanting to stick with your plan of taking over yourself instead of allying with anyone. To do this, do *not* destroy the three power regulators in the vault.
2 of 3: Instead, go through the west door in the room with the power regulator side rooms. Past some turret-guarded stairs is a turret-guarded computer room.
3 of 3: Access the Securitron Operations Console on the east wall and choose to insert the platinum chip. Doing so will finish this quest successfully. (Note that Caesar won't know the difference, so his Legion won't turn hostile to you.)
