(Optional) Return to Yes Man and tell him that the Boomers can be ignored.

1 of 2: After you finish the "Make contact with the Boomers at Nellis AFB" objective, you can go right back to Yes Man and say the Boomers can be ignored.
2 of 2: Or you can finish the Boomers' "Volare!" quest and ask Pearl for help at Hoover Dam later on to get the "Tell Yes Man that the Boomers have vowed to support you" objective.
