Sell Cachino's journal back to him and help him take down the bosses, or ....

  • 1 of 4: Now you have to decide whether you're going to side with Cachino against the Omerta bosses or help the bosses stay in power.
  • 2 of 4: If you want to side with Cachino, talk to him and sell his journal back to him for 100 caps (plus 200 more on a Barter 60 check). Doing things this way will get you fame points with the Strip faction and prevent the Omerta bosses from attacking the Strip later on.
  • 3 of 4: If you'd rather side with the Omerta bosses, keep Cachino's journal and go over to the locked door in the eastern corner of the Brimstone Club area. Be warned: this route will get you a lot of infamy points with the Strip faction.
  • 4 of 4: Talk to the thug next to the door and say you have business with his bosses. When he asks what business, show him the journal to get the "The door guard suggested talking to Big Sal or Nero about Cachino's journal" objective.
