Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Use the Vit-o-matic Vigor Tester.
1 of 5: Activate the machine with the Activate key to bring up its interactive display.
2 of 5: This is the gadget you'll be using to allocate all of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points, otherwise known as attributes.
3 of 5: It's probably easiest to click on the machine's right arrow control until you get to the "Let's Review..." display, then use the little arrows that are to the left and right of each attribute's number to adjust it.
4 of 5: As in Fallout 3, you start out with 35 preallocated points, and are given 5 bonus points to add in. You can subtract an attribute's pre-allocated points all the way down to 1 if you'd rather give them to other attributes.
5 of 5: When you're done, click on the machine's right arrow control again to finish up.
