2 of 9: Once you do, a formerly uncooperative person will agree to talk to you.
3 of 9: See Zeke in the north edge of the squatter's area, and he'll tell you that he wants to rid Vault 15 of Darion's presence.
4 of 9: NOTE: In the version of the game I played, after I finished this quest, Zeke was so grateful that he wouldn't talk to me about anything else. Including what I needed to do to help Vault 15 ally with NCR. So you might want to take care of planning that alliance first.
5 of 9: He will also give you the tools you need to do so.
6 of 9: Use his red keycard to open the door to Vault 15.
7 of 9: You will find Darion to the southeast of level 3 of the vault.
8 of 9: You might be able to bluff your way past some of the raiders on your way through the vault, but Darion most likely won't be that stupid. (By the time I got to him, it appeared that my karma was high enough that he recognized and attacked me immediately. Your results, of course, may vary.)
9 of 9: The guards will also attack you on your way out after killing Darion, even if you got past them safely earlier.
