Where can I get the location of the base?
1 of 3: Try New Reno.
2 of 3: Look in a safe on the top floor of Bishop's place.
3 of 3: It's the northernmost safe. Also, note that it's trapped, and if the trap goes off when you try to open it, you might end up calling Bishop's guards -- triggering a battle. (This doesn't always happen, though.)
