How can I find the location myself?
1 of 3: The raiders are probably located on or near a major trade route.
2 of 3: Try heading to some major towns from Vault City, and see what you can find along the way.
3 of 3: In particular, head to Broken Hills from Vault City. You will find the base (initially marked as "unknown") about halfway through the trip.
