Kill the AHS-9.
1 of 3: This is the second stage of the quest needed to get in to see the Shi emporer.
2 of 3: You will only be given this quest once you have delivered the plans for the vertibird to one of the Shi researchers.
3 of 3: This is a pretty straightforward quest as far as quests go -- just visit the Hubologists and kill their leader. Aside from a couple of guards, most of the Hubologists are fairly simple to fight, and if you're at the higher levels, those aren't even very difficult.
