Where can I find my villagers?
1 of 3: They are located on the Detention Cells level of the Enclave. (That's one level below the entrance.)
2 of 3: You will find your village elder to the west of the group of cells containing the villagers.
3 of 3: Talk to her, and let her know you have a ship for their escape. You can also learn a bit about the Enclave's plans.
