1 of 3: You now have to make a choice. Do you want to do the "right" thing and go to all the trouble of destroying the evil book to gain karma, or would you rather take the easy way out and give it to Obadiah Blackhall for 1000 caps?
2 of 3: I highly recommend you give it to Obadiah, then use my easy ways to raise karma (see the main Fallout 3 hint file) if you want a karma gain.
