Giving the Book to Obadiah
1 of 4: Fast-travel back to Blackhall Manor and talk to Obadiah to hand over the book and get 1000 caps.
2 of 4: The quest is now over, but you can follow Obadiah along to the basement to see what he does.
3 of 4: He won't get anywhere with his evil ritual, but you can nab a few misc. items.
4 of 4: Also, you can kill Obadiah to get the evil book back, and then go destroy it using the Destroying the Book tips. (Note that you won't gain any karma for doing so.)
