Is there any way to avoid combats inside the building?
1 of 3: It's infested with ghouls, so it would be handy to have a special ghoul mask to fool them into thinking you're one of them.
2 of 3: To get the mask, do the "Tenpenny Tower" misc. quest. See the main Fallout 3 hint file for all the details on it.
3 of 3: When you reach the Dunwich Building, put the ghoul mask on, and don't take it off or attack any ghouls until you exit the building.
