Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Escape to Market Square.
1 of 7: Go up the stairs past the terminal to enter a room you may have explored before, then go out the door to return to the Uptown area.
2 of 7: Quicksave, then go around the nearby rubble to find Ashur, who naturally turns hostile and attacks you.
3 of 7: Be sure to get his unique power armor, then slowly make your way through the Uptown area, killing and looting everything you find.
4 of 7: When you're ready to go, use the upper walkways as before to find the door that leads to the Downtown area's market square.
5 of 7: Go down the stairs and over to where Wernher awaits you in the center of the square.
6 of 7: Talk to him about your reward to get the Booster Shot perk and access to the mill's ammo press.
7 of 7: Loot the desk in Midea's quarters for a few new items, then see the Post-Quest Notes to learn about some things you can do now that the quests are over.
