2 of 5: Go back to the other end of the tunnel, where the Mini Nuke is.
3 of 5: Look in the car in front of the one with the mini nuke.
4 of 5: You'll find a senate employee ID on top of the suitcase.
5 of 5: Take that, then go talk to M.A.R.Go.T. and tell her you're a senator.
