Reach the bridge of the alien ship.
1 of 5: After Sally beams in, wait for her to open the next door.
2 of 5: In the next room, check out the cool Earth view through the glass floor.
3 of 5: Wait there for Sally to open the next door, and for you to get the "Disable the Death Ray" objective.
4 of 5: After you finish it, go around and pick up any undetonated mines (if you set any) and check the container near the entry door.
5 of 5: Find the chamber near the west corner and use the teleporter to enter the Living Quarters area, which you'll have to go through in order to reach the bridge.
