Secure the bridge.
1 of 3: Run for the southern room and take cover there as your companions and more aliens teleport in.
2 of 3: After the aliens are all dead, loot the captain's body to get his unique Captain's Sidearm gun, then go to the north end of the bridge and stand to the left of the command chair.
