2 of 9: This area is inhabited by super mutants, so come heavily armed and with many healing items. The tour starts at the Metro Central entrance.
3 of 9: Look for the remains of a wastelander near the bottom of the stairs, then sneak up them with a weapon out. There's at least one super mutant in the area directly ahead that you can shoot to get all of the nearby mutants' attention.
4 of 9: Return to the bottom of the stairs and shoot mutants as they appear, retreating to the Metro Central area for a breather when necessary. After they stop coming, look around for loot.
5 of 9: Go west down the main street to the four-way intersection, then look for more super mutants to kill a ways to the west. After getting their attention with a shot or two, you can either shoot them down or blow them up by shooting the large City Liner vehicle until it explodes.
6 of 9: Instead of going farther west down the main street, turn south to find a metal box next to the entrance to the Penn. Ave/The Mall Metro area, then go north to find more stuff.
7 of 9: Sneakily steal some of the Brotherhood's supplies from the table if you can, then go west a bit to find the door to the Hotel area, followed by the Penn. Ave/Georgetown Metro entrance just around the corner.
8 of 9: Next to the wall a ways directly north of the metro entrance is a manhole entrance to the Utility area. Go through it to reach a highly radioactive area next to the White House remains that features some ghouls, including a radiation-spewing "glowing one."
9 of 9: Besides the ghouls, there's a supply cache up some stairs that includes a fat man weapon, three mini nukes, and two radaway items. Quickly return to the Utility area as soon as you've gotten everything.
