Fallout 3 Hints
Irradiated Metro
1 of 9: This metro area has an exterior entrance at the Irradiated Metro (location 61 on the Zone 9 Map), plus an exit to L'Enfant South (L'Enfant Plaza region). This guided tour assumes you're entering from the exterior area.
2 of 9: Look to the left and right for garbage cans after you enter, then move ahead a bit to find a Nuka-Cola vending machine and an Eat'o'Tronic 3000. (This one has a stimpak in it as well as two irradiated food items.)
3 of 9: Go through the door past the vending machine to find a big room with two exit doorways, plus a small table that has a bottle of beer, a cherry bomb, and two cans of pork n' beans on it.
4 of 9: Go through the left-hand exit doorway, then search the filing cabinets in the room beyond before going down the stairs and finding some tin cans. Past those, go down some more stairs, then turn right and go down more stairs to reach a couch.
5 of 9: Go down next to the couch, then turn left and start shooting the ghouls you can see in the water. Retreat as they follow you, since one of them will be a "glowing one." You'll want to take him down as soon as you can to avoid getting hit by his radiation blasts.
6 of 9: Return to the couch and quickly run by (or across) it, then grab the beer from its other side. Go up the stairs ahead, then turn right and go around corners until you find a portion of "iguana on a stick" on top of a machine.
7 of 9: Turn around and go past the top of the stairs you climbed to enter a really huge room on its upper walkway.
8 of 9: Near where you entered the huge room is an open door that you can go through. Do so, then go up some stairs to find a lawnmower you can raid for a blade, followed by more stairs and a room with lots of supplies in it.
9 of 9: Go through the door on the other side of the room to find a hallway with a couple of filing cabinets and a door. Past the door is an area with a toolbox next to a motorcycle, and two garbage cans near the exit to L'Enfant South.
