Fallout 3 Hints
White House
1 of 7: The remains of this building are in the Pennsylvania Avenue interior region in the D.C. metropolitan ruins. Specifically, it's location 49 on the Zone 9 Map.
2 of 7: If you've already discovered the White House, you can fast-travel there and then go up some stairs to find the fat man and three mini nukes next to a skeleton.
3 of 7: If not, use the D.C. Ruins Interior Regions hints to find a way to get to the Penn. Ave Northwest area, then use your local area map to find the manhole in the street a bit to the north.
4 of 7: Go through it to enter the Utility area, then go through the doorway that's just ahead on your left.
5 of 7: Make your way along the only route available until you reach the door that leads back outside.
6 of 7: You'll now be in the area where you can go up some steps to find the fat man and mini nukes. However, watch out for the radiation levels and the "glowing one" ghouls, who will spew intense bursts of radiation at you.
7 of 7: Grab the fat man and mini nukes, plus the two radaway items next to them, then get back into the Utility area as fast as you can.
