Fallout 3 Hints
The D.C. Ruins Interior Regions
The locations inside the two major D.C. ruins areas (inside the green outlines on the zone maps, that is) can only be discovered and made available for fast-travel by using the old underground metro system to get to them. There are several outside entrances to the metro system, which is divided up into many underground areas.
Below are summaries of how to access all the interior regions of both ruins areas, followed by very detailed "guided tour" hints for all of the underground metro areas and each interior region.
