1 of 4: Near the desk with the first aid box on it is a safe on the floor. If you can't pick its lock, use the terminal on the desk to unlock it.
2 of 4: Among other things, the safe contains an Energy Weapons skill book called "Nikola Tesla and You," and a laser pistol plus energy cells.
3 of 4: Look on the shelves near that desk to find several weapon-making components. There's also a few filing cabinets and a metal box you can search.
4 of 4: On the other side of the room are more filing cabinets you can search, a naval cot you can sleep on after the nearby ghouls are killed, a searchable desk with two crutches near it, and a shelf with three conductors on it.
