1 of 4: This unique sawed-off shotgun has the following advantages over regular sawed-off shotguns: 50% more damage, 25% narrower spread. It also has the following disadvantage: 25% heavier.
2 of 4: It's in the possession of Ronald Laren in Girdershade (location 5 on the Zone 7 Map).
3 of 4: If your character is female and has the Black Widow perk, you can trick Laren into getting killed so you can take the Kneecapper from his body.
