Plant Supply Tips
1 of 4: Talk to Walter and do his "Water Pipe Repairs" undocumented quest to get 200 caps and lots of XP.
2 of 4: In the main room, there's a fountain in the back left corner (though note that its water isn't pure), and some lockers a bit to the right of it.
3 of 4: Go through the doorway between the fountain and lockers to find a small office with a locked desk, two filing cabinets, and two metal boxes on shelves. Past the "shack door" is a small bedroom with six metal boxes and a couple of food items on the table.
4 of 4: As for the desk, you should have gotten the key to it while doing the "The Power of the Atom" misc. quest. If not, you won't be able to get it open unless you can get your Lockpick skill up to 100.
