Fallout 3 Hints

(Optional) Loot Leo Stahl's stash at the water treatment plant for Mentats.

  • 1 of 4: You'll get this objective if you persuade Leo to give up his chems while working on the "(Optional) Ask Leo Stahl at the Brass Lantern about buying Mentats" objective.
  • 2 of 4: Go over to the water processing plant in the NW part of town and enter it.
  • 3 of 4: Go to the little office area in back and open up the locked desk. That'll be easy now that you have the key.
  • 4 of 4: Take everything from the desk, which will include several mentats.
