Fallout 3 Hints

(Optional) Meet Leo Stahl at the water treatment plant for Mentats.

  • 1 of 4: You only get this objective if you talk Leo Stahl into selling you chems during the "(Optional) Ask Leo Stahl at the Brass Lantern about buying Mentats" objective.
  • 2 of 4: You'll have to meet Leo at the water processing plant in the NW part of town after 9 pm.
  • 3 of 4: Find him in the back office area and talk to him about hooking you up to bring up his chem store inventory.
  • 4 of 4: Mentats are the chems that temporarily enhance Perception (which gives a bonus to the Explosives skill), so one of them is all you'd have to buy.
