3 of 5: It's near the location of the Barter Bobblehead, so follow the directions for getting to it.
4 of 5: Smiling Jack, the friendly Bazaar vendor, is the guy with the shotgun you're after.
5 of 5: You could kill him for it (plus the key to his inventory locker), or you could pickpocket it from him.
