Return to Moira.
1 of 6: You'll get this objective every time you finish the basic form of a task, though you'll probably want to put off returning to Moira until after you finish the optional form also.
2 of 6: Return to Craterside Supply in Megaton and talk to Moira to report success.
3 of 6: When she asks you to tell her about your experience, you'll have several different options to choose from. Which one you pick will affect the details of a cool survival perk that you'll get at the end of the quest.
4 of 6: After you choose your dialogue option, you'll get your reward (which will be better if you finished the optional objective).
5 of 6: You'll then be able to take on another guide-writing task, provided there are any left.
6 of 6: You can also attempt a tough Speech Challenge to get Moira to give up writing the guide, which will end the quest right away. That sounds bad, but there can be advantages to doing this.
