  • 1 of 3: There's one inside an open camper in the picnic area at the F.Scott Key Trail & Campground area (location 9 on the Zone 7 Map).
  • 2 of 3: One can be gotten in Rivet City (location 64 on the Zone 9 Map) by doing the "The Market's Council Seat" undocumented quest.
  • 3 of 3: One can be gotten from a random wasteland encounter. (See the Set A unique encounter #4 in the Random Encounters hints.)
