Museum "Donations"
1 of 6: Go to the Republic of Dave (location 5 on the Zone 3 Map) and figure out how to get inside.
2 of 6: Find Shawna and quicksave before talking to her
3 of 6: Ask her about Dave's museum, then ask if it accepts donations.
4 of 6: If you can pass a Speech Challenge, you can trick Shawna into buying anything from you on the pretext that it's a genuine "historical Dave" item.
5 of 6: She won't have any items to sell (except what you sell her), but she will have 700 caps to buy stuff with. That makes her a very handy place to unload excess merchandise whenever you're in the republic's vicinity. (Until she runs out of money, that is.)
6 of 6: NOTE: She'll stop buying things if Dave ever gets killed, which is bound to happen sooner or later after you complete the "Election Day" undocumented quest if you arrange for someone else to win the election. However, that's no loss if you've already sold her 700 caps worth of stuff.
