2 of 5: The intelligent super mutant named Fawkes is in possession of this item.
3 of 5: You'll meet him in Vault 87's Test Labs area while working on a Main Quest.
4 of 5: After you release him, talk to him and trade equipment with him to get his super sledge.
5 of 5: NOTE: Be sure to do that before he leads you to the G.E.C.K., since you won't be able to later on.
