How can I collect the bounty on Junders Plunkett?
1 of 9: Start by visiting the Arlington National Cemetery region sometime. It's within the D.C. metro ruins, so see the D.C. Ruins Interior Regions hints for a way to get there.
2 of 9: Go to Arlington Cemetery North and look on the steps that lead down to the two-track area.
3 of 9: There'll be a dead Regulator on the steps. Search his body to find a bounty notice for Junders Plunkett.
4 of 9: Since the Regulator came to this region after Plunkett, it's logical to assume that Plunkett hangs out somewhere nearby.
5 of 9: He's not anywhere in the region's outdoor area, so try the few buildings you can enter.
6 of 9: You'll find him in Arlington House, which is on a hill about halfway between Arlington Cemetery North and Arlington Cemetery South.
7 of 9: Enter Arlington House, then go down to its cellar area to find Plunkett.
8 of 9: After you kill him, loot his body to get his special finger, plus a unique spiked knuckles weapon called Plunkett's Valid Points.
9 of 9: Return to Regulator HQ and tell Sonora Cruz about killing Plunkett to get a reward of 1000 caps.
