The Thieving Rascal

  • 1 of 5: Go to Rivet City (location 64 on the Zone 9 Map) and board the ship.
  • 2 of 5: Talk to the kid named James Hargrave at some point while not working on the "The Runaway Kids" undocumented quest.
  • 3 of 5: Ask him about his family, then talk to him again.
  • 4 of 5: If you have the Child at Heart perk, you can get him to steal some ammo for you.
  • 5 of 5: Come back in a day or so and talk to him again to get the ammo, and to ask him to steal some more.
