Fountain Area Tips
1 of 11: To start with, look for a garbage can a bit to the south, next to one corner of the large sunken area that you killed some ghouls in earlier.
2 of 11: North of that, check the blue mail dropbox, then look near the park bench for whiskey and a toolbox.
3 of 11: Just behind the park bench is a frag mine, so sneak up to it and disarm it.
4 of 11: Turn SW and move along the circular sidewalk until you reach a spot where it's covered in rubble. Turn right just before the rubble and stop, since there's an invisible frag mine in the approximate center of the pavement that leads to the fountain. You can't disarm it or shoot it out, so either take it out with a frag grenade or remember to avoid it.
5 of 11: Get onto the sidewalk-covering rubble and look among the grass to the north of it for another frag mine.
6 of 11: There's another frag mine hiding in the grass to the left of the tree that's next to the nearby park bench and mail dropbox.
7 of 11: After you get it, get the one that's easier to see a bit to the north (near the fountain steps), then get the one that's on the ground NW of that (near a tree), then get the one that's to the SW of that (back near the sidewalk).
8 of 11: Check the suitcase that's next to the covered park bench, then move on down the sidewalk past that and look for a hard-to-see frag mine on the next bit of pavement that leads to the fountain.
9 of 11: From there, turn left to see a frag mine on the ground nearby, then get another past that, followed by another one on the next bit of pavement. After that, there's one more next to some grass about halfway between the park bench and the tree.
10 of 11: Move on along the circular sidewalk until you reach a park bench with a baby carriage and a garbage can next to it, then look for the last two frag mines hidden in the grass to the west of the park bench.
11 of 11: The fountain is now secure, allowing you to drink from it to restore health when needed. (Though note that it's not the best water source in the region.)
